This song is sooo good. Bass tone is absolutely filthy I love it

Not sure where A Force at Play is on my SOTY list but man it’s up there

also can we talk about how unbelievably sick the art direction for this record is

These guys have never fully clicked for me but Lost Meaning is one of the best songs I’ve heard in a while, excited for this

 

I went to high school and played shows with Bobby way back in the day when he played bass in ska band and then in the band Native. He’s a sweetheart.

Super cool to see this band have some traction on this site.

 

the title track is the kind of sound i’ve wanted from them for a very long time

 

this isnt really grabbing me to be honest. ill need to give it more listens im sure but the past two were pretty immediate for me

it's the song i've wanted from them for a long time. top three on the album with dottie back thrush and lambspring

 

absolutely cannot wait for this to drop tomorrow

 

This band never really did it for me before for whatever reason, but this album fucking rules

Will definitely be going back and re-trying some of the other stuff

i think further out still has some of their best songs, but i’d love it if they did a (cloakroom’s version) 10 year later thing. they’re just so much better at producing now.
