Everything is pointing towards this being one of my top 10 albums of the year just like There Existed was

I really really love how committed to this group Daveed still is, he must be really passionate about it

it may be even better than Addiction which was already a favourite of mine. every time I think this band has peaked they release another LP which tops their last lol

"She Bad" and "Pain Everyday" are legitimately fucking terrifying and unnerving songs

I don't know how but they managed to effectively callback to their earliest midcity era stuff while still advancing their sound in the horrorcore realm, it's an insane balancing act. oh and "Check the Lock" has some of Daveed's best rapping ever

This is cool. Infinite Body are a really great ambient artist, everyone should listen to him.

I thought that was a new song, but it's part of this 2 track EP that came out in June. Leaving it here incase anyone else missed it

yeah that's an amazing release. warning for those who haven't heard, "Knees on the Ground" is an extremely intense, unsettling listen about police brutality

Got an email from sub pop today saying a shipping label was just created for me, which reminded me I have FOUR CLIPPING RECORDS COMING MY WAY SOON.

It's nice to have things to look forward to.

Well, this is fucking great. '... Addiction to Blood' hasn't stuck with me in the same way their previous album have and took a while to get into, but this has hit me in all the right ways straight away.

Finally got to this and I love it. I still think I liked There Existed a little bit more but they go together perfectly

Check the Lock and Enlacing are two of their best songs ever

It's taken me a few listens but I love this. The different nuances, soundscapes and little hooks are sinking in and differentiating it from TEAATB now.

Yeah, Bodies def isn't as immediate as Blood but I love it. I think I still prefer Blood more though.

Also, I listen to some weird shit but Double Live is a little too "out there" even for me. I can't imagine people actually throwing that on and listening to all of it. It's a cool idea though
