Damn JRG, that's some solid comedy right there

 

Every time Feel Something starts I think it’s that one Cold War Kids song from a few years ago

 

The fact that I haven't seen this on a single EOTY list that's been published yet is majorly disappointing

 

Was #5 on mine! And my list of course is the most important.

 

Clairo ended up as my second-most played artist this year for my Spotify Wrapped. “Closer to You” was my #3 song, while “North” was #6 and “Bags” was #7. This album is so, so good.

 

I’ve been trying to figure out for so long who this reminds me of and I THINK I got it.

This album is really good but did anyone else find her a bit boring live?

 

Saw her 3 times this year. First time at Coachella (prior to the album) she was pretty boring tbh, second time was at a headlining show and she was phenomenal, third time was at Camp Flog Gnaw which was pretty great but cut some of the best songs on here

overall I’d say she’s really good live, but it depends on the setting

 

I thought she was pretty boring live, though she sounded great

 

finally coming around to this, man her voice rules

 

Yeah I really did a 180 on Clairo, she just never really caught me before but this last month I've been digging it

Sofia is a standout

 

Love Sofia, Alewife, and Bags in particular

thoguht it was a bright eyes cover and almost lost my shit lol

 

Finally got my hands on a vinyl copy of this and the gatefold is soooo nice, tracklist is styled and raised overtop the lyrics. Looks and feels so nice.

 

Feel like I really did not "get" this last time I listened but I just ran through it again and I'm pleased to report I now get it.

 

4EVER just randomly came on Spotify and I got immediately hooked. I love random discoveries.

I know it’s a little early for “ever”, but I really don’t think the sheen’s ever gonna wear all the way off with that song. Stunning every single time
