This song feels like third eye blind in the best way

 

Single is a little underwhelming/too repetitive for me but this band has earned enough good faith so I’ll still PO this on vinyl asap

 

sounds like it would fit right in on one of Mat's solo records which is fine for me as I"ve been way more into those over the last few years

 

Yeah this was the song they played live at the YOUTH 10th anniversary shows. Just as underwhelming as I remember it but it’s fine. I’m sure it’ll grow on me. Citizen has never done wrong in my eyes so I’m still excited for this one.

Best variants of this album are locked behind subscriptions. Bummer. Got the /400 Brooklyn vegan one.

 

Really into this on first listen. This band always gets me going with a couple of songs here and there, but I never click with a full album. Maybe this is the one?

 

Dang, I'll always miss the darker edge they used to have. Maybe some others on the album will bring that.
