Holy shit that was great. I actually got chills twice. Jet has just been getting better and better every time I hear it. So catchy. I'm getting really impatient now for this album.

 

very unlikely but would be crazy if this found a way to land in my top 3 this year

 

I just listened to in the middle of it all again and damn this song is flat out phenomenal.

Yea I sort of wanted to avoid myself hyping on this bc we still have a ways to go. Circa coming out will help

 

Circa, and the Killers and Foo Fighters will help. Plus I still feel like I haven't spent enough time with Turnover.

 

Yeah luckily there's a ton of stuff coming out this month that I'm looking forward to so the wait shouldn't be too long. This is currently my most anticipated for the rest of the year though

 

listening to youth, what a truly impressive debut album... think of other bands we love and their first records.. not many bands stack up to this one. EIGTH is a step forward IMO but it wasn't the direction people wanted them to go in.. I get that I guess. Love that record nonetheless

 

its between this and Julien Baker for me... Circa could still shock me too

 

There's so much I'm looking forward to this month (especially on the 22nd!) that the wait for this isn't really an issue for me.

Yeah, the 22nd is an insane release date. Circa, TWIABP, Prawn, Noah Gundersen, and TWY EP.
