Yeah, "Electric Moose" is very cool. Some of the vocal melodies remind me more of his solo stuff than Circa.

 

This is a very cool idea. Reminds me of Thrice's The Alchemy Index

 

On Letting Go is such a masterpiece.

I’m a big circa fan, but I wish these new songs were doing more for me. I get what they are going for but it just isn’t connecting with me as much. I’m glad it is for some though!

 

it's definitely not the ideal genre i prefer from them, but i'm enjoying it because it still sounds really inspired and unique. they are doing an amazing job adjusting themselves as both anthony's voice, and the music scene has aged. i'm also way down for shorter releases and songs more often, it's nice to have something new to enjoy!

 

I like every song on the EP more than this, but I still enjoyed it for what it was.

"Sleep Well" has "real" drums, you just gotta make it to 3:14.

 

I’m loving this.

Loved the ep, not sure if I’m into electric moose, but hopefully I’ll enjoy the rest of the ep.

Looking like a big 2022

 

Yeah I usually don’t watch IG live stuff, but randomly tapped on it and wound up watching the whole thing. He played an overwhelming amount of new stuff. The Circa song sounds really jazzy which was cool, but the solo stuff was next level. He recorded with Keith Goodwin and all of the songs were super upbeat, hooky, and had lots of live horn sections. Sound Of Animals Fighting sounded pretty par for the course, no complaints there. Whatever his new secret band is sounds bananas though, like a punkier Saosin

The fact that he was so adamant about his new band being such a secret definitely makes me think it’s another supergroup situation

When I saw Anthony Green back in November, the new solo songs were fantastic. Excited for that one
