I was thinking he can say whatever he wants today but once management/PR/etc. starting talking about the $$$ then it's about taking care of that family.

I feel like the next album is gonna be really all over the place with the variety of covers / remixes they have been working on.

Yeah if they take a lot out of this Patreon experiment, they could have a really crazy album in our future

Soon could mean a lot of things but I'm hoping we at least get a single this year. If it was October/November it would already be announced I'd think.


EDIT: Found in an interview the hopeless deal was just 1 album so this one could end up anywhere!

Man we were supposed to get new Circa AND new Saosin in 2020. Goddamn pandemic.

 

id normally be antsy as fuck but im still getting plenty of mileage out of the amulet, including indra's net and dark pools, the former of which might be the best song out of the entire amulet era. its probably my favorite circa album, but only if you include the two b-sides lol theyre that good.

 

I only ask this because of you being over in the JEW thread talking about Futures, but do you not HATE the production on The Amulet? I find it to be absolutely grating and really ruins the album for me
