Is the vinyl actually the live mix. Or is it just a special vinyl package of blue sky noise with new art?

This is your life, are you who you want to be?

Whenever I see them live I’m usually in the mid to back chilling with a beer. But when he starts with “I can't get started..” I chug my beer and sprint to the front Before Anthony belts out YESTERDAY. Freaking love that song. Can’t wait to see them again!

stream good? I’m out at a brewery right now.

My understanding is that its a 2xLp of the live stream mix

  4. Got around to this stream tonight, terrible headache last night and wasn’t really feeling it. Agreed that the mix isn’t the best. Was also trying to figure out basically the entire time if that was Keith Goodwin with them, forgetting that there would probably be credits and that I shouldn’t worry about it lol. This was a lot of fun and I’m really looking wars to seeing it next May in person. New song sounded awesome, here for outwardly political Circa

was it a home brew production like the stuff on their patreon or did it sound like an album cut?

    Hey!

I interviewed Anthony for the newest episode of The First Ever Podcast!
    _____

Jeremy Bolm interviews singer/songwriter Anthony Green, vocalist for Circa Survive, Saosin, and more.

During this episode the two discuss what it was like performing live for the first time in a post vaccination world, being a father and a full time musician, discovering Nirvana, first playing an electric guitar on a trip to Ireland as a kid, his time with Zoloft the Rock & Roll Destroyer, the formation of Saosin and the influence of Claudio Sanchez of Coheed and Cambria, the influential lyrics of people like Cedric Bixler-Zavala of At The Drive-In and Bjork, the formation of Circa Survive and recording their early albums, transitioning to a major label, going solo, and so much more!

Listened to Violent Waves for the first time in easily a couple of years. I always considered it my least favourite but it's really caught me at the minute.

I love that album more and more as the years go by. lot of cool stuff about it

    Sith Lord.

One of my favorite things about VW is how it ends with the same melody "Bah dum, Bah DUM DUM DUHHHHHHHH! Bah dum, Bah Dum DUM Duhhhh??!?!" on "I'll Find A Way" as it does with "Brother Song."

One of my favorite bands and favorite records. It’s incredible. The Tears For Fears cover tickles my fancy as well.

Ant is on twitter right now basically ruling out future anniversary shows for their other albums. Feels like the right call tbh.

I’d love more live streams. After that I don’t really want to see BSN live unless appendage would be part of it.

Been wondering when that buck was gonna stop. Violent Waves feels like the right place, though I’d definitely attend if they only did one or two dates like he’s saying

I imagine most scene bands that blew up in the ‘00s will have to drop that schtick soon if they haven’t already. The nostalgia “I listened to them in high school” crowd are probably all 10 years out of their range, and the heads that stuck around probably want varied sets back
