Feel for him, his fam, and the band. Hoping he can get back to the better place he was in the last few years.
Heart goes out to Anthony, and everyone struggling with addiction. Really hope he’s able to bounce back from this setback.
Chris Conley is going to take over opening for the Thursday shows as Anthony stays home with his family
Was wondering about that. Glad Anthony isn't coming over given the circumstances. Its a real shame, as I think the last time he was due over for solo stuff was during one of his worst periods of addiction (post-Violent Waves/Young Legs) era, and that tour was cancelled as I think he went into rehab. Really hope he's doing okay.
Still don't understand how people don't like the title track from Descensus. What a monster of a song.
I feel like I see that all the time. I think people don't like the outro, but man, I love that groove, and the way it switches up just a little, and adds the vocals layers as it goes. The "chorus" in the first half also goes. I dunno, newfound appreciation today on that one specifically.
I've definitely seen a handful of people say it's boring. However it's one of my favs and it is my friend's fav Circa song. So I guess it's kind of love it or hate it
So I posted about being not having anything to do during holidays (listening to saosin- you're not alone) and almost immediately Anthony liked it
Holy shit. I just get mad when I see videos like that cause I KNOW I could learn the songs if I put my mind to it.. but... stuff...
anyone else super keen for a Violent Waves deluxe ten-year or just me? I feel like there's gotta be some great demos from that time
I wanna hear all the demos from ~ BSN that got thrown out and have been gone forever. I believe they even did 2 pre-productions for that album. All the jams from the studio vids gave me life back in the day.
I still have Cowboy Jam stuck in my head more than a decade later, so if there is the possibility of a studio version existing somewhere, even if it's just a 60 sec demo, that would make me very happy.
