I am sad to understand that you were being serious and not cheekily inflammatory. "My personal life experience definitely informs what other people must be experiencing on a regular basis."
Im gonna blow yalls mind Lost ended 3 years after Sopranos ended and Breaking Bad ended 3 years after Lost ended.
Sorry to disappoint. I really did and do like the first season. But the stretching of mysteries and shit just made me bail after season 2. Just not the show for me. Is what it is.
I'm saying I don't hear people still talking about Sopranos or Breaking Bad either, but if you do, that's wonderful.
fair i guess but we can also look at the sheer amount of articles and shit about old shows and their enduring popularity online and streaming numbers and stuff. publications still love to write about those other two shows, just for example. thats where im coming from. Lost was a huge show at the time and its footprint online now is comparatively smaller fwict.
I still see some chatter about Lost. Unfortunately it's most often the endless debates about the finale and whether they were actually dead all along and yadda yadda. It really overshadows everything else
I still see Lost discussed a lot more than most of the shows of its time. Probably not as much as stuff like Breaking Bad or The Sopranos but a decent amount. I loved that show and thought the ending was great. I look forward to going through it again at some point.
last two pages of this thread had me shaking my head in real life y'all need to listen to Boom Done again and watch The Constant while you're at it
LS Dunes is my favorite Anthony project, but I've barely listened to any Circa at all. Never seen Lost, although my best friend and I made a comic called Lost about people stranded on an island a few years before it came out, so I'm still boycotting the show because they clearly stole my very unique idea/name.
Just me and all the other MCR fangirls I guess lol. I like his solo stuff quite a bit and definitely intend on diving into Circa's discog at some point.
