Late to this convo, but I still don’t really like Two Dreams. My headcanon is that The Amulet was their last full length, and that they went out on top.

 

sorry to break it to you but Buzzhenge is actually literally the entire definition of going out on top

Two of their absolute best, no doubt. Got a lot of love for Even Better and Curitiba as well

 

Curitiba is my favorite song by far on Two Dreams

Two Dreams was for my 14 yo self who would listen to YoutubetoMP3 live versions of Cowboy Jam and Sleep Underground every day in 2009, as well all those snippets of more out there unreleased material that either leaked in full since or they would tease on the Blue Sky Noise studio videos. It feels like they finally fulfilled the potential they had beyond their signature sound, and it makes it such a fitting end in my eyes.

I do still want to believe they'll make amends and tour again at some point, but I wouldn't be mad if this is it when it comes to new music.

 

theres SO much circa material that we never even got demo releases for and it makes me sick haha

and they did release alot of demos etc

 

I love Two Dreams. I'm sad we never got to see much of it live, but there are sessions videos on YouTube that are great. If you don't like them, I can't help you.
