    Circa Survive have announced their indefinite hiatus. The full message can be found below.

    hi creature family, wanted to share the statement below with you all first. it will be getting posted publicly sometime today. love you all so much. – C

    Many of you have asked where things stand with us and to be totally transparent, our future is currently uncertain. For the time being, we’re considering Circa on an indefinite hiatus. We want to thank you for all your love and support, especially over the last few years which were the hardest we have ever had to endure. Extra special thanks to the creatures.

    Tomorrow we’ll be announcing ‘Two Dreams‘ a collection of both EPs with deluxe vinyl packaging that has been in the works for awhile now. Stay tuned for that announcement.

    In all seriousness, I’m bummed about this, as circa is my favorite Anthony Green project. His recent solo album is incredible tho, and I’m excited for the LS Dunes album.

    I wondered how it was possible for Anthony to manage his solo work, LS Dunes, and the SOAF reunion. This makes it make sense.

    Kinda figured something like this was going on with all the other projects Anthony is doing right now, but still majorly bummed. Hope they are all OK with each other and can reunite in the future.

    "This" meaning his only full time band that he had commited to for over a decade? ;D I'm personally really bummed about it, going through their discography repeatedly. I definitely recommend if their latest EP combined as Two Conversations (edit: Two Dreams of course, don't know why I keep bringing up The Appleseed Cast when I think of the title hahh) would be your cup of tea, seeing as it's quite a departure from their older sound sonically.

    everything after 'blue sky noise' was sadly, recycled sounding with the exception of 'two dreams' which was uhh different.

    Couldn't disagree more. Two Dreams is a bigger leap, but I could definitely distinguish each album by the sound of its tracks. I've just listened to their whole discography last week and while there are some weaker songs here or there maybe, there's still something new each time around
