feel free to look at it as a failing of mine for not being able to appreciate the film rather than any fault of the film or those who worked on it at times it felt very Troma to me (which I very much appreciate)
When I was watching I was like “this Sumatran rat monkey better be so fucked up looking after all this build up” and yup, it was
Yeah this movie is still such a blast. So over the top. Incredible practical effects. So much squishiness and gooeyness lol
Alright let's go with The McPherson Tape. I've never seen it and don't really know a lot about it other than it's an early found footage which is right up my alley.
The Wikipedia is also confusing. So is the version available a remake or the one from 1989? Lol I know people here have seen it so maybe someone has more context. I'm about to start the one available on Plex for free.
really not trying to be a jerk but I’m also really not trying to download multiple apps to try and keep up with this thread either so I hope it is
The McPherson Tape, or UFO Abduction, 1989 is an awesome precursor to found footage and the way the family reacts is super realistic imo. I love it! Got the VinSyn Blu-ray. It's only like an hour-long, too.
