So, I’m an idiot... I totally have two computer monitors. I’ll set that uo next time and use screen two for character sheets, will make for me getting lost in menus less often

It didn't record... I don't think. There is some bullshit checkbox buried in twitch settings to enable archiving streams. Of course I want to do that! But it's unchecked by default. Total bullshit. However, I think my computer saved it somewhere so we'll see.

I seriously had so much fun with this. I’m bummed my computer took a shit, but it worked out pretty well with Derek rolling for me.

 

I'm glad you enjoyed it. It's fun as fuck to improv like that, but it makes me worry that it's not as enjoyable as if we follow the beaten path. Seems you guys all have a way more fun mindset than most people though. Plus, it adds ridiculous spontaneous things to the lore such as:

• Water wolves. Nick is friends with them.
• The bone dust of conjoined twins having magical combative properties
• Tree people. Joe is friends with them.
• Big ass bat dragon
• Firearms

Now I have all that shit to work with

This time, you'll have the castle to roam. After that I found an official Wizards published campaign that takes you from levels 1-5. I'm running that irl tomorrow night with a couple that has never played and it seems so awesome so far. So I'm gonna buy the Roll20 version of that.

 

I'll have to play through proxy again, but I'm definitely down if that's cool with everyone.

 

i'm sure derek will revel in another opportunity to roll to sever his own extremities

 

This is why D&D is the ultimate hobby. You can either pay zero dollars and just run a theater of the mind campaign, or you can spend two and a half hours painting bitchin’ minis that your party will probably trounce in two and a half minutes. I favor the latter.
