For the tier list, are we planning on doing singles or doubles for the next league? I know we discussed doubles but I can't remember if we ever decided. It definitely changes some of my ranks depending on which one lol.

Also ignore the cells that I colored, those are just ones I may go back and change

the more i stare at that list the more i realize i don’t know which pokemon are high tier or not lol. i feel like i’m too optimistic to be objective about it.

 

Tbf it is pretty confusing. Some pokemon are good in singles but bad in doubles. And vice versa

 

So I guess that’s a no and we haven’t decided on a format? Lol

 

I'm glad I checked my team for my fight against Morgan, I had focus band on dugtrio not focus sash, now that would have been embarrassing

 

I thought we had decided we were doing doubles for the second league.

 

That’s what I thought. I asked just to check but no one answered me the first time lol

 

I know I was one of the people that originally suggested doubles but I'd now suggest sticking to singles for a while. Doubles games play completely differently and are imo a lot more complex that I think some of you that are new to competitive play might find it confusing/less enjoyable

 

If we are doing doubles I need to redo my tiering haha

 

I could go either way. I prefer singles. But I still want to give doubles a deeper try.

 

I agree with Jake and think going singles for round 2 is the way to go but that we should try doubles in the future

Is there any reason why the damage calculator on Showdown doesn't have a toggle for sticky web? It's very annoying lol

 

Set speed to minus one, it's the same effect

 

It lowers by one stage right? Next to the speed of the pokemon you can choose -1 on the dropdown to simulate it

 

Yeah I think so, that's what I've been doing. It would just be more convenient if it automatically did it lol
