if Umbreon is a dog then Eevee is a dog and Eevee aint no dog. always taken it as more of a fox

 

The creator said that its based off a cat/dog like creature.

 

I always saw them as foxes.

 

I saw Eevee as a fox and then the stone can change them to a cat or dog or fox or whatever
