I guess someone could move up the board but whatever picks they lose to do so means they pick whatever is left after the last pick happens. Like whichever Pokémon are left after the 10th round, they pick from what's left to fill the team.


But yea, you're probably right. Maybe if we did like a keeper where we could trade mons for picks it would be more even.
