Earlier we declared Dracozolt and Hawlucha would be considered UU and no one seemed to have a problem with that so I'm guessing we're going based off that

Yeah someone asked earlier if they're on the OU side or UU side. I said that I'd go with UU back then but if anyone wants it to be considered OU I do still have an open OU slot so thats fine haha

You can't use them in UU, they're OU still, even though it's not by usage
