That could definitely work, or if you do feel the need to switch out of Sableye and not hit it and aren't worried about Encore you could run White Herb as a consumable to get rid of the first Close Combat drops when it's used against other threats

 

Lum Berry for the will o is also an option

 

I'm also becoming a lover to forced switch moves to reset stats: Dragon Tail, Roar, Whirlwind, etc.

 

I started using Dragon Tail on Flygon in my final few matches and it was a big help.

 

I def like forced switchout moves in some situations (especially if my Pokemon is already naturally slower). I had Whirlwind on my Drapion for 1 match and switched it off at the last second.

For stat resets I like Haze or Clear Smog though

I’ve LOVED Bisharp when it’s been on my random teams. I even made a note to draft him next time around.

 

Even without Knock Off Bisharp in this league (since it's not available for Bisharp in gen 8) it's just SO good

I know I picked Morpeko to have a spinner+pivot with high atk without thinking of the fact that it's made of glass and weak to being breathed on

I just got him on a random team which inspired this post

He fell to 1% HP against Incineroar (he was Focus Sash) and I kept him alive on my bench and was somehow able to keep him at 1% the whole time and sweep with him at the end

 

It is available now though because of Home

 

Oh yeah I forgot the rule only applies to gmaxers since those are only in gen 8 directly and cant bread their gmaxability

Morpeko sucks

I love it and want to hug it but it sucks

I'm not bringing it for any matches again and I can announce that and expect none of y'all to change your plans against me cuz you don't have to plan for Morpeko anyway cuz of how much it SUCKS

 

I'm surprised it's still UU. I get why people liked it at first, was a fun new gimmick to use, but when you actually use it you realise quickly that it sucks lol

 

Yeah it can't take any hits, you pretty much have to band it to do real damage unless you get a x4 weakness matchup, its best attack switches types each turn and can easily be dodged by using Protect, and it's got decent speed but is still slower than so many different Pokemon that OHKO it (and since you have to band it you can't scarf it to get around that!)

 

Does anyone have graphic skills to made a league logo and team logos? They don’t have to be awesome. Just not bad looking.
