There were a lot of other new albums this year that I listened to like 2 or 3 times and really liked but didn’t have the sticking power as the ones listed above. Some honorable mentions are Short Fictions, Sigur Rós, There Will Be Fireworks, The National, Taking Meds, Hotline TNT, Captain Jazz, Paramore, Loma Prieta, Olivia Rodrigo, Al Menne, Joe Vann, 100 gecs, Broken Record, Spanish Love Songs, delerium., Lakes, Koyo, BC,NR, feeble little horse, Militarie Gun, The Acid Flashback at Nightmare Beach Some EP honorable mentions include Pool Kids/POOL, Downward/Trauma Ray, Big Loser, Kevin Klein, Pinkshift, Alex Field, Sweetmess, Charmer, One Step Closer
Haven't given this as much thought as usual but here goes: 1. DJ Sabrina The Teenage DJ: Destiny 2. The Menzingers: Some of it Was True 3. Blink-182: One More Time 4. Gaslight Anthem: History Books 5. Origami Angel: The Brightest Days Also enjoyed a lot: Fireworks Wednesday Hot Mulligan Home Is Where M83 Skrillex 100 Gecs The Mountain Goats Olivia Rodrigo Jason Isbell And others I'm probably forgetting.
