Out of Service. We put out our debut lp “Morning” back in March of last year. Thank you, Appreciate it! Out of Service - Morning
I haven't gotten to listen to the entire album quite yet or as closely as I'd like but a standout so far that I really am digging is "The Whole World".
You're the only other person I've seen mention Handsome Ghost, that is such a great album and was a really pleasant surprise for me last year. That Against the Current album was also one of my favorite finds of the year.
Handsome Ghost would be top 5 if I were ranking my albums based on pure beauty of sound. As much as I love the album every time I give it a spin... I don't find myself going back to it all that often so that's why it was given a mention as opposed to a high ranking number .

Foxing – Nearer My God Conjurer – Mire Beach House – 7 Deafheaven – OCHL The 1975 – Brief Inquiry The Ocean – Phanerozoic I Jeff Rosenstock – Post Slugdge – Esoteric Malacology Spanish Love Songs – Schmaltz Hop Along – Bark Your Head off Dog Real Friends – Composure Polyphia – New Levels New Devils Mewithoutyou – untitled Jon Hopkins – Singularity Beyond Creation – Algorythm Offerings – Typhoon Black Peaks – All That Divides Thou – Magus Pinegrove – Skylight Rolo Tomassi – Time Will Die
This made me laugh. I'm turning 35 this year and finding time to listen to music becomes harder and harder!
One of my favourite years for music for a long time. I did a write up here. 9. Audrey Assad - Evergreen 8. Lovelite - Apocalypse Hymnal 7. Emery - Eve 6. John Mark McMillan - The Mercury Sessions & The Lightning Sessions 5. William Matthews - KOSMOS 4. Samuel Lane - The Difference 3. mewithoutYou - [Untitled] 2. Levi The Poet - Cataracts 1. I can echo these sentiments at 38, but what a great year to have a lot of stellar releases. Even with the limited time I have compared to when I was younger, I feel like there were a lot of high quality releases filling up that time.

Pleasantly surprised at the Musgraves #1. Would have sworn, as I assume most people thought, it would be the 1975.
