i was working on something inspired by Paul's Boutique that was basically just sampling different bits from that album (akin to the style the beastie boys used on the album) into a song but it's not working out as i planned in my head lol

 

Haha I had to write down my strum pattern because I kept forgetting it. My cover's gonna be weird, y'all.

 

I'll send this in today. Fuck. This is why I don't do covers. Gonna be a wild one.

I ended up putting the track list together like I normally would. Doing everything in chronological order was kind of weird because it made some users songs all right next to each other. It's all good though!

hey @bradsonemanband have you thought about having a "monthly theme" but also allow people to send random covers in, and then like every 3 months you release the Random covers compilation, or until you have 25 tracks, or something? Like whatever gets people involved.

 

That could be a cool idea. Maybe doing a random one every month or something would be good. But yeah, whatever gets people interested and involved in these!

 

and who knows, maybe someone sends you a cover in March of what we do in May, and you can pre-add it to the compilation. Who knows.
