I’ve cooled on cut me up Jenny a bit, it used to be one of my favorites on NA, but I️ do still like it more than most it seems.

 

I promise you my cover has a different flavor.

 

the chorus is the only weak part of that song to me. Love the pre-chorus cut me up jennyyyyyy tho. Verses are great too.

 

So, since Glassjaw is putting out a new album soon I really, REALLY think we should do a tribute to them soon.

...in thread related news, I think Sad Savior will be the first true "acoustic" cover that I do.

 

If we made it open to any Daryl Palumbo project, then I'd happily do a Head Automatica cover.

Hi friends! My band's back from tour so now I can take the reins back from our hero Damien and man the battle station once again.

I had a chance to listen to the Fall comp and you all did such a good job! My favorites were the Phoebe Bridgers cover and the Student Rick cover (very cool seeing that band get some love!) Everyone did awesome!

Now I need to get brainstorming on TBS songs that I could cover...

 

@trevorshmevor I didn't realise until just now, but your version of All My Friends is way, way, way better than My American Heart's version. I can't listen to that album now.

I actually never do this with my covers here but I sent that one to a few members of the band -- they're all still hyped and posting all the time about their reunion shows so I figured now would be a good time to send them something like that. All positive feedback thankfully!

 

I might have to give away My Blue Heaven, the place repairing my guitar has had to send it away to the manufacturer to get a part installed so it actually has warranty attached. Estimated return December 15.

So unless anyone wants to help a boy out, I might have to sit this one out.

 

I can do some guitar parts if needed. So, I could possibly help you out depending on the scope of what you want to do.

 

Literally I just need the guitar part, if you can work that out.
