Hope everyone is listening! Everytime I start Futures I'm reminded that this record has aged so well

 

I always believed in futures!

 

This is their best record IMO

 

It feels like it came out in 2007 not 2004. Anyways anyone own it on vinyl? I have the src vinyl one that includes Shame. Will be playing that song after the record

 

Agreed. hands down to me.

 

I think it's their third best but that's taking absolutely nothing away from it.

 

Jimmy Eat World are one of those bands that just make me feel invincible when I'm listening to them.

 

Have you seen them live? I saw them earlier this year for the first time!

Never had the opportunity to, which drives me nuts

 

Hands down my favorite from them, followed closely by Clarity. Those 2 are more like 1a and 1b. Things get murky after that.

 

The riffs on Just Tonight are so good

 

none of their albums seem to age for me at all. Pretty much all as good as the first time I heard them. If not better.

I love the darker vibe that this album has. That's why the artwork fits so perfectly.

 

I have the double LP. Also I have a hard time picking my favorite JEW record but its probably definitely Clarity

 

"Work" might be their best single on any record. It's between that and "Sweetness" for me
