i also spent more than anyone else was gonna on Josh Gordon but fuck it I need a WR2 pretty bad haha, risk / reward choice there. Hopefully Renfrow balances that out cause he is the opposite, not gonna be a big play guy but has a high floor. But definitely there’s also a chance Gordon barely plays and I wasted FAAB lol.

I probably wouldn’t have went for Gordon if he got signed to a less offensively gifted team than the Chiefs… but the Chiefs were likely thinking Mahomes currently lacks big targets when they signed him, so I could see Gordon getting some game action. He was on that WR2 / 3 borderline in New England and I think he could repeat that level of performance

Renfrow’s ceiling is limited but he’s def Carr’s security blanket when they’re doubling Waller and he’s under pressure. So I feel good about him scoring 10 or so points

it’s Fournette I need to take advantage of Gronk and Gio Bernard being out. So far Ronald Jones has been useless so I’m hoping Fournette gets the primary increase in workload there

 

WHEW. Fournette ended up being the right call baby. Was scared cause either Fournette, Barber, or Jacobs could’ve all put up a dud and it was tough to decide. I had a slight hunch that Gronk and Gio injuries would lead to Fournette’s first game as a bell cow and I was right

(I also wanted to know if I was winning or losing by the end of SNF and didn’t wanna bite my nails raw waiting for another MNF player. Peace of mind feels good)

That was so annoying to watch. In another league, I was up 12 with Carlson and he had Renfrow… I just needed Carlson to hit that damn field goal. It was nauseating.

youve had to deal with so much injury so far. CMC, Gallup, Mixon, Diontae missed a game.

It also feels like Keenan Allen is underperforming because LAC is able to win on the strength of defense lately. Plus if Jalen Hurts gets stumped by an opposing gameplan, that kills your TE1 and WR2
