In a league where my two buddies are co-commissioners... to decide draft order this year, they put each of our names on rubber duckies and floated them down a long creak where they had two boards set up to receive them in a line in between a bunch of rocks. So they started them all at once and raced them down and the order they got to the bottom was the draft order.

Previously to decide the order they have done things like sat outside 7/11 and let strangers pick names out of a hat and another year they assigned us as WWE wrestlers then simulated a Royal Rumble on WWE for Xbox. I enjoy silly things like that sometimes.
