Nuts & Bolts is the best Banjo game

Super Mario Sunshine is legit my #1.

 

Nuts & Bolts is really fun and creative and people that were bitter that it wasn’t another collectathon should give it another shot

 

Yeah prob my fav Mario game it's just been like 15 years since I've played it

 

Yeah like I said Sunshine is my favorite, even if it maybe isn’t the best one in terms of game design. I replayed it fairly recently. Still looks gorgeous, especially upressed.

 

Nuts and Bolts is cool and I had fun with it. Showdown town was basically an old school banjo kazooie level.

The old games are still king though.

 

I gave Nuts & Bolts a serious chance and I much preferred the collectathons lol

my personal favorite 3D Mario game. So unique and off the wall for the series.

Just a classic and one of my favorite young gaming experiences.

Resident Evil 4

Absolutely incredible, and was such a massive step up from RE3.


NieR: Automata

what of the most incredible video game stories I’ve played, and a top 5 game of all time for me.

Castlevania: Synphony of the Night

another absolute classic and one that really highlighted how good this game style could be.

Halo 3

I spent so many hours in the multiplayer. That game probably has my most hours played ever. I miss good halo multiplayer.

 

Halo 5 multiplayer was very good

 

Goldeneye 007 has not aged well. Any type of nostalgia removed the game doe not hold up.

 

In fairness I haven’t played 5 yet. I hated 4, so that makes me happy that 5 improved at least

 

4 had the worst map variety of the series easily. 5 was fun but the req pack stuff always turned me off a bit

 

Yeah but that’s only that one mode

I can’t keep up with the discussion surrounding 5s multi. I’ve never played it but I read how awful it is and then I read how good it is. What gives? Haha

 

Idk, I never really saw any negative but I never really discussed it much. It was a big step up in terms of gameplay for me though, the shooting felt great and the small sprint helped speed it up without making it ridiculous. From what i remember it also took out all the dumb powerups from 4 too. It's been a while since I've played it but I can't remember any negatives really.

 

whoa they dropped power ups from halo multi? that was the beginning of the end of halo multi for me. good news.

 

I'm pretty sure they dropped the jetpacks and shields and shit that basically ruined the game.
