Fantasy basketball is so silly.

After a long ridiculous fantasy season we FINALLY get down to meaningful games (just like the real NBA haha)

 

Kory about to take me to beatdown town - idk how my team farted into the playoffs with how many injuries ive dealt with all season. My season will come to an end this week.

You put up a good fight buddy. Giannis missing a game kind of screwed you. I myself had to scramble to play the waiver wire all week. Anthony Davis being out has been frustrating to say the least.

 

Losing Steph and Jarrett Allen has been pretty brutal for my team. Really hoping FVV and SGA are healthy for this upcoming week.

boy that match against korys crazy team really went down to the wire. i had to take notes of stats for free agency players to try to get the optimal stats out of my moves. well fought. now its off to the finals

 

That was very stressful and fun even though I lost. Every time I saw you pick up a free agent I knew I was getting closer and closer to losing my lead I had almost all week. Good job giving me a run for my money and defeating the defending champ. Good luck in the finals!

Leaguesafe won’t let me assign winners until 4/14, so payouts will wait until then. We had a couple of people who missed the payment deadline, someone just Venmo’d me $25 and @Sean Murphy was the other as they alluded to.

payouts will be:

1st place: @StepsInADance - $195 ($220 total with the entry fee from Sean)
2nd place: Owlex - $25 ($50 total with other late entry fee)
3rd place: @koryoreo - $30 (no weird caveats here)

fun season. i know a lot of people threw in the towel when covid was ravaging the league (i know my brother did) but i found some fun in the challenge of looking for players to fill out the roles. no problem on the payments, i can wait.

quick shout out to jokic for always holding it down. my bulls fan friend for recommending i draft demar. and jalen green for being my best fa pickup, i always believed in you.
