Well you have to be willing to complain but basically if you call chipotle and say your order was messed up or anything negative about the experience 9/10 they’ll offer free food. At least that was the policy when I was a GM.
This is true. One time I ordered Chipotle for a friend and myself. They gave us both two tacos instead of three. I emailed Chipotle directly and they sent me a $25 gift card.
I haven't had Chipotle in literally years but one just opened up by me this past weekend and I've been craving it. Will report back soon.
I used to work there. They pretend to be all about their employees but it’s actually the exact opposite and everyone is disposable.
