Looks like a poorly drawn Davey havok lol not sure how much I like the song but the last record was phenomenal so I remain optimistic
There are many, many, many, many hipsters walking around with that ridiculous mullet right now. Dude is just being very 2024, but he's 40.
I’m not sure that hairstyle is 2024 haha similarly I guess that obnoxious sound of pop metalcore meets dance/rave that’s straight out of 2014-2017 is popular again. a lot of bands doing that again now it seems.
Doesn’t seem like that crazy a haircut to me… I enjoy the song. Do think it’s weird it’s billed as d.r.u.g.s. (Feat Craig Owens) though haha
I think that's just one of those streaming things so it shows up on his solo page and gains more streams
I know I get it, it’s just kind of sad he has to do that when that band is already basically only him. But I respect it
Yeah I hear ya, but at the same time bands as huge as Silk Sonic do it so I'm not gonna side eye it at this point, it's so widespread
Song was a miss for me, nothing really stood out. Maybe I need a few more listens. I loved their last album when it came out and obviously their first album was great.
Ya that’s true, it was just putting it in the actual song title that stuck out to me, but i guess it’s true it’s pretty common.
They sounded fantastic in Buffalo last night. Only played like 45 mins though which is absurd for a headliner. Played another new song too which sounded better than this one.
Who’s even a part of DRUGS right now? I’m seeing Chiodos in Vegas and will likely check out their set although I’d rather see Bone Palace Ballet in full
no idea, the rest of the band seemed older fwiw. I just assumed they were hired hands. I was hoping he might bust out a chiodos song or 2 but even with only 2 albums it was a great set list.
So chiodos is pretty much Craig and hired guns. My friend here in town is friends with original drummer Derek and apparently no one was asked to play with chiodos so yeah all original members aren’t involved except Craig
