Just got back from Chicago. Definitely high backing tracks at the least. Couple next to us was complaining about it and my party of 4 were all talking about it. My friend said he saw them in 2007 and 2009 and knew immediately from the first few songs shit was sketch and kept saying he sounds way too good to be true. idk I couldn’t even see most of the time, the venue kinda sucked. Sounded good but yeah idk definitely not fully authentic/a lot of processing.
There are some vids on YouTube now and it’s kind of epic! It sucks that there’s no other og members, and Ofcourse Craig Owen’s is a bad person.
Yea you want to believe he was sick….until you know he has a habit of canceling shows literally right before doors, before he went on, or during his set.
Well… I’ve seen Craig almost 20 times and the only time something was ever cancelled was when he was opening for Getter as bxc and Getter cancelled the whole tour
I think it’s been more post covid, but following his page and drugs page on fb, I’ve seen a lot of statements about canceled shows and shows ending early.
Well ya I mean that’s true, but I’ve just never heard of it happening either. Has it really been that common of a thing? Edit: ah ok perhaps I just haven’t been paying attention more recently

Then he went over and yelled some shit to the guitarist and was back up front with his head in his hand shaking his head. That man was not sick. He got pissed off at his band mates and walked.
as a person who toured on a chiodos headliner once, there is a reason his OG band isn’t there anymore
Love all the drama. I assume he'll start changing out these hired guns once he tires of them. I will check them out on Warped, but definitely not paying to see them directly.
All I know is Craig consistently texted my underage friend after meeting her at a show back in the day. He is not even careful about being shitty.
