Not really complaining, but aww, I guess this special counts as episode 11 out of the 20 ordered, so part 2 will only have 9 episodes when it drops. Bummer!

So excited that Part 2 is coming so quick! Plus a Christmas special in the middle? Hell yea (pun intended).

I really loved the whole season. It's so much fun, just the right amount of creepy, and every character is so likable (especially Ambrose though). Those last two episodes were really something else. I was surprised how genuinely emotional they made me. Watching Sabrina grapple with the fallout from her actions was some powerful TV, especially because it managed to be relatable in the sense of a teen coming to terms with not being able to control everything and realizing things won't always go their way.

I'm really glad they went with a cast that is more believably high school aged as opposed to the mid 20 year olds. I love Riverdale, but this show feels more believable despite it being way less realistic on paper. (Edit: I know some of the cast are still in their 20s, but they just look more believable, and having Sabrina herself be played by a teenager definitely helps.)

You are not going to want to watch the special before you finish the season.

Sorry for the double post, but I posted something in the Riverdale thread about the time the show takes place, and I've been thinking about the same here. The comic is set in the 1960s, the show has the same feel, yet Ambrose has a laptop.

Yeah it's just meant to be ambiguous, similar to the Series of Unfortunate Events show on Netflix. I don't think it's really in any specific time period

That makes sense. Trying to catch everything that I missed the first time around, and this popped up, trying to make sense of it.

Does anyone else think that the woman who plays Aunt Zelda looks incredibly similar to the woman who plays Wendy in Ozark? I was convinced it was the same actor at first.
