looks like 2 more even leaked I've never heard of before called Song 8 and Ay Ya. can't spin these for a couple of hours but I'm pretty excited

 

Saturday is gonna get the most attention here of course but the other 2 leaks are just as good. DWY is just a lovely little pop song with some dark lyrics that I think would've been a hit if he released it, feels like something from Kauai even. for a song that no-one knew existed with no name, Song 8 is fucking amazing, great chorus and Ludwig absolutely cooking on the jam outro. feels like a hint of what a sequel to AML could've sounded like, such a tune

I found 5 of them on TopMixtapes (.com). No hassle. Human Sacrafice is 6:35 IDK about an 8 min version..

 

Does someone have any insight as to why he never released these? Truly baffles me.

SONG 8 just turned my day from bad to great.

 

Song 8 and Warlords don't really sound finished to me even though other people disagree, but these versions of Saturday, Human Sacrifice and Die With You literally sound ready to be hit songs

 

Can I be pointed in the right direction for these bad boys?

 

I like the shorter version of Human Sacrifice more than the 8min one. Too many vibe changes in 8min one.

man I went from having no Human Sacrifice to having like four different versions in the span of a week this is wild lol

 

not even sure which version of HS I prefer, they're both so fucking good. really like the addition of the piano part in the 8-minute one, had me tearing up a bit this morning lmao, but the ending hits a bit harder in the other version without the effects on his voice I think. combine the best parts of both and you honestly have one of my favourite songs ever

on the other hand, and it's a redhot take but I'm slightly underwhelmed by Saturday. probably just the result of spinning the SNL version for years, but I really miss the energy in the studio version. keep thinking that it's like half a second slower than it should be tempo wise

 

I am currently finally assembling the album that I always wanted 3.15 to be. Gonna post the tracklist tomorrow when I have it finalized

 

I've been doing the same lmao but splitting it into two albums, one for the poppy catchy stuff and the other is the longer more experimental songs. I honestly feel like he had potentially two classics ready if he'd released it that way, as much as I love 3.15 it's clearly a compromise of the two styles

 

Where did the spreadsheet go? Was it in another thread?

 

if the 8 minute version of HS I heard is the same one yall are talking about, it still just feels... hollow. I need to find that shorter one and see what it's like.
