The day has finally come... CDQ Human Sacrifice is out there

I'm so fucking happy

 

I was so excited when I saw that but it deflated a bit when I realised it's a backing track he used live and not the complete song

still better than nothing, and there's a decent edit of his live vocals over the studio track, but man he's truly off the deep end not releasing the finished song lmao

based on all the leaks he has an absolutely incredible pop album from 2018ish that he's just never gonna release

 

I'm clueless to the unreleased stuff but saw this image of someone's personal version of 3.15.20 and now I want more

 

Is this the complete list of unreleased tracks from that era?

Altavista, Human Sacrifice, All Night, Die With You, Saturday, Time, Warlords, Infinity

 

Yea, it's not the same quality as the one used in this commercial that I only learned existed 30 seconds ago haha

 

there are a few more that have leaked. Do Whatever You Want, Love Bug and Nightlife to be exact, and OG versions of America, Summertime Magic and Feels. they're all pretty rough but enough to suggest he had most of an album coming along. some people allegedly have Saturday studio, but it's so close to the SNL version they haven't bothered leaking it, which is malarkey to me but whatever. All Night has been around for years since he shared it with people who had tickets to his tour in like 2017 (?) and Die With You/Time are on Guava Island

Warlords is the only one that hasn't been heard in any form at all, but the person who leaked Human Sacrifice seems to think that'll change soon. it's supposedly a really long, dark song with Kid Cudi, so that will be an interesting listen

I struggled with where to put TIA. I had it between Feels Like Summer and The Violence first but the transition from track 9 works really well with it too. Not sure where I would put Saturday if/when it leaks; I'm thinking in that spot where I had TIA before but it also sounds like an early album song

I know I sound like an insane fan in this post lol. Not as insane as him for not releasing these songs though

I can't check if it's the same version I have till I get home, I feel like it probably is because the final version leaking would probably have its own thread lol

what actually leaked was a few songs from his Bonnaroo tour that are basically studio backing tracks for him and the band to play over. Atavista seems pretty finished because it was always just a short intro but Human Sacrifice and the original Algorhythm are just instrumentals and chorus vocals basically

the circulating version that's out there adds some live vocals from HS to the leak. it's a really good job for sure but you can definitely hear the quality dip especially in the "I hope and pray" post chorus. it's also missing some layers of the instrumental you can hear in the Google ad that got posted last page, so it sounds kind of empty. starting to think the final final version that's played in that ad is just permanently locked in the same vault as Saturday lol. it's super frustrating but it is what it is

 

Warlords is out there. super strange song lmao, it's interesting though. wasn't gonna fit on 3.15.20 by any means

 

Whoa this song is cool. Yeah I don't think I'll put it on my 3.15 like the others (especially because it's like 90% Cudi) but it's a really interesting sound for him, and nice to hear him rapping too. Amazing to hear two of my all time favorites on a song like this too

@Rowan5215 you seem to be following the recent leaks pretty closely, are there any updates on the status of Saturday? I find it hard to believe they have it but won't leak it eventually

 

honestly yeah Donald is the weakest part of Warlords which is weird lol, feel like it coulda just been a Cudi song

unfortunately don't know any more than I posted before, which is that some people have Saturday but it's so close to the SNL version that they haven't bothered leaking it. don't know if that's true or not, all my info just comes from reddit lmao. but it's not impossible we'll hear it someday, I was hearing that people had Warlords for years and it's finally surfaced

Whoa. Hunted clicked with me on another level yesterday. What a beautiful message layered over a fantastic jam. He's so good at that i.e. Feels Like Summer, Violence, etc.

Beautiful/Hunted is one of his best, I think it would have made waves if he'd bothered to promote or even finish titling the damn songs on the album

actually the whole run from Vibrate to Sweet Thing is probably my favourite music he's ever made
