Yeah they’re nothing special. Summertime is pretty decent

 

I really like these. I want a recorded version of Saturday from SNL though. For whatever reason, I loved it and get it stuck in my head all the time. Lol

They aren't challenging songs by any means but damn are they smooth and nice to listen to

I’m surprisingly not super into either song so far, though Summertime Magic is the better of the two imo. Was really hoping one of them would be Saturday. I’m a huge fan of Kauai too but most of the songs on there are better than this

If Drake didn’t just do it I would guess that this album would be a double album with half singing and half rapping but now I’m not so sure.

 

these songs are super boring when I compare it to Kahui tbh.

 

Everybody’s been saying this, but I get real Kauai vibes from this. Cant wait to listen to this while on a road trip to a beach or something

 

these songs are decent. I can't see them sticking with much, but we'll see.

Also, the American Pharoh song definitely has similarities, but I really don't think there's enough there to call This Is America a ripoff.

Has anyone here gone to his shows before? A friend and I just bought tickets to see him in MSG and I really dont know what to expect

 

I'll be at his MSG show too (first night). This will be my 3rd time seeing him......those last two times were really high energy. Now with a much bigger venue and and massive new hits, I'm sure this show will be a fucking party.

 

Yeah I saw him on the Because the Internet tour and it was a considerably smaller venue obviously but his energy was insane, he rapped everything perfectly with no backing track, and his band was fantastic. Visuals were insane too. I'm so excited to see what he can do with an even higher budget

 

I've only seen him once and it was way back on the Camp tour, but it was extremely fun and he sounded great

 

Saw him in support of camp, too. Really crowded, tiny space in Orlando, but a damn good time.
