This seems like a weird framing. The city did investigate Lolla too as far as I know. They announced how many cases they tracked after the event, which it sounds like they are doing here.

And the one person who criticized the event in the blurb was not from the city, but a non-profit. And a shit ton of people criticized Lolla for going forward as well.

So, I’m not sure why the “they” are in the tweet.
