Too hot better come have some $1 beers with me (if you’re vaxxed) at sleeping village tonight. (Sorry, sorry, after today I’ve nothing to promote for awhile i promise)

I must be on the best grid on the north side because I didn’t even lose power during the derecho last year Edit: which was a year ago to the day
Anyone going to summerfest next month they are requiring vaccine cards or negative tests https://www.bizjournals.com/milwauk...-will-require-covid-19-vaccine-or-negati.html
I didn’t lose it during that- I think a power line or something must be down, this is rare. Had to retreat to the in laws house because it’s not back on still.
Didn't lose power, but there are some big tree limbs down in our neighborhood. My friend who works for ComEd said there are 150,000 people with outages right now.
We were out walking our dog right before the storm hit, saw a giant flash right as we turned onto a new street and heard thunder immediately after. We hightailed it home. Thanks! Show was real fun, but between the weather and COVID i 100% don’t blame anyone for not being able to come through.
More Than 200 Lollapalooza Attendees Got COVID-19 — But It Wasn’t A Super-Spreader Event, City’s Top Doc Says I guess I feel reassured? Hard to know what to feel, even if I still don't think hosting the festival was a great idea. Edit: Weeks After Lollapalooza, Some Fans Wonder If It Was Worth the Covid Risk Yeah, still a dumb idea.
I am going to open up a can of worms and ask: what do you all get out of posting Lori’s Ls? Anyone that lives in Chicago knows she absolutely sucks and it’s not news at all. I am in no way defending her but it would be cool if there was some interesting or new info shared in this thread. Bottom line: vote better.
