At HoB and I paid for their Skip the Line which is a pretty good deal because you get $20 dining credit, except the doors apparently open two fucking hours before the show starts. So you have to wait forever to make it even worth it

 

it's finally starting to look like winter, y'all. stay warm out there...even though it's gonna get a fuck ton worse in like a month.

Lula Cafe is right next door and way better and we can fight over this

There's a lot of good brunch places, and Au/Small Cheval for good burgers. Too much food to list.

 

They're still open and just added a really good chicken sandwich

Also Budlong has great Nashville hot chicken and like three locations

I haven't been there yet but you're not the first person to tell me that.

 

I want to go back now. I've been to Dunlay's a lot, and I like it, but last time I was there was because the line at Lula was too long.

 

Owen and Engine is absolutely amazing.

 

If you like vegetarian / vegan food, Kitchen 17 in Lakeview has some bomb deep dish pizza.

 

Gather and Rockwell's in Lincoln Square. Our go-to casual spot and pricier spot.

 

Is Lincoln Square your neighborhood? I’m right at Wilson/Western.

Also, backing up Rockwell’s. Great beers on tap and some really good food.

If you're looking for amazing NY-style pizza: Jimmy's Pizza Cafe just north of us is the jam.

 

I had some really good pizza once from a place who's name I always forget, I think it's on my fridge. Something with an R.

Usually just go to Dantes or Dino's, which are good low level places
