Going to BN/MM next weekend...never been to FirstMerit before...We have seats right behind the pit...Is that pretty far away or is the pit area pretty small?
You're in a decent position. Pit is about the size you'd expect from an amphitheater like that. They also had viewing screens up during the one concert I went there a couple years ago for
Wife and I sat on our balcony with coffee and got see the sky lit up like crazy. People went nuts around us with fireworks.

i booked him back in early 2015 to play a show to 35 people at the radio station who were mostly there to see a station band play their last show, haha. i've told this story a billion times but the "hey guys, this is car seat headrest" from the beginning of the record is actually my friend introducing him on the radio from that show, hah. he emailed me asking if he could use that clip, and we never thought he'd actually use it. yeah, no clue if we'd get in from sufjan, but we're going to try
