i've got sera, thinking, and next as my top 3 above all else. however, covid times really gave me a new appreciaton for the north corridor. i also recently realized that on their merch site, they have vinyls for sale of thinking. will be picking up a copy this weekend. hopefully soon they'll (re)print vena sera.
Always excited for new Chevelle. Hoping it's on the heavier side since I love La Gargola and North Corridor
I actually for a while considered these albums my least favorite of their discography, La Gargola especially, but I did a discography run recently and they finally clicked with me. I think the outright heaviness can get exhausting without some breathing space, but in a certain mood I can't deny how absolutely cathartic it is.
I know where I am. That's why I keep all nu-metal and post-grunge stuff contained to their respective threads, so we can enjoy them without threatening anyone else and can hopefully be left in peace.
No tour poster yet for chevelle but if you search them on twitter all the individual venues have posts August-early October edit all dates on ticket master Chevelle Tickets, 2025 Concert Tour Dates | Ticketmaster
It's interesting, I've pretty much written off Hats Off to the Bull - The North Corridor as "not for me", and then they won me back over with NIRATIAS. Guess it might be time to try again.
Yes well a where as my post says all dates on Ticketmaster. When I made my post there wasn’t a tour poster floating around yet just individual posts from the venues they where playing
Think Pete has acknowledged fans wanting vinyl pressings for previously unreleased albums/wanting to make that happen. Point #1 is being released for RSD this year, so maybe some others will follow!
