Omg they’re going to be in Australia and then back on July 21st for that beach show in Toronto with Pup? That sounds like the most brutal schedule.

 

Yeah, I’m getting confused! Apparently they’re playing on Sunday the 21st in Australia, which is a pretty big scheduling issue

 

ohhh interesting- i assumed they'd be on the 19th or 20th. i hope they clarify, because my brother wanted us to road trip to toronto for that show.

 

Could they play the 21st in Australia and then fly back in time to play the 21st in North America?

 

Really liked Guppy and I’m on board with the new change in sound, cant wait for this

Don't know if anyone caught this, but Charly Bliss are opening for Chvrches on their next tour for one of the dates. Interesting crossover but good for them!

All week I’ve been telling myself I just have to get to Friday and this album will be out only to realize it’s not out till NEXT week. Major bummer!!!

 

Well we get Vampire Weekend this Friday so it's not all bad!

 

Got my hands on a copy of this today. As much as I like "Capacity," I was a little skeptical of the shift in sound. Luckily, this is really great, and I maybe even prefer it to Guppy already. Nothing that rips in the same way as "Percolator," but I don't think the record as a whole marks as drastic of a shift as "Capacity" hinted at.

 

Held off on singles so far, can't wait to hear this. Been jamming Guppy a lot lately
