Such a good album. Guppy maybe has a few higher highs for me, but this one I listen to all the way through more often

 

I dont care much for guppy in general. Julia rocks tho

 

I've never loved Julia, tbh. What do you dig about it?

 

(Ive gone back and forth but I still think Guppy might be better than this oops)

 

I think that more aggressive sound works super well for them and I think Eva sounds awesome on it. feels like a unique song in their catalog and I think its a nice climactic finale to the record

 

Definitely a more climactic end than The Truth! Their number two slots on their albums are some of my favorites. Westermarck and Capacity? Stunners!

 

ooooh man dont do the truth like that – probably my favorite of theirs. I think they're great at ending albums haha

 

Hahaha it is a good song for sure! Ugh I love this band.

I wish Black Hole got more love. It's the song that got me into the band and would've been huge in 1994.

 

Julia was always the only one on Guppy I wasn't that into

 

Gatorade and Julia for me. The rest are either As or A+s

 

I think Young Enough is a much stronger album as a whole, and I relate to a lot of the lyrical content even more strongly than I did with Guppy. But I love both albums!! They both have KILLER openers too.

 

Ugh I still remember where I was the first time I heard Blown to Bits

 

Seeeeeriously!!! I saw them in Jan of 2019 and they opened with it and it was like tortured waiting to find out if it would be on the new album.

 

Lol I feel ya! I saw them play Under You in late 2017, and so I wondered for nearly two years what that song was haha

 

Eva played a new song on Instagram love tonight that was very romantic and adorable!
