Yeah, I don't really hear Taylor on this at all, and I feel like I hear Taylor pretty much everywhere these days.

 

Yeah the biggest thing I bump on here is the sequencing, especially in the first half. It just feels disjointed.

But all of the songs are really well constructed and the band seems to be firing on all cylinders.

 

I like the last song but it does not sound like a closing track. Nineteen should’ve not been a single and closed the album

 

Albums petering out is a feature of all Charly Bliss albums, imo

 

Back half of this record is by far the strongest, sequencing and song wise. It’s pretty close to perfect

 

young enough ends incredibly well

 

Julia and The Truth are probably bottom 5 CB songs for me and that just because I love all the other ones even more!

 

The Truth is easily one of my favourites on the last album and I think Last First Kiss is one of the better songs on here too.

 

How You Do It is a later career 3EB song and I’m all about it.

 

I feel like Tragic, the bridge of Back There Now, and Last First Kiss all have a Taylor vibe (Lover era specifically). Most of it is the lyrics though. These big dramatic moments that make falling in love feel like life or death.

 

Last first kiss rules but it’s not a closing vibe imo

 

Tragic is the only song that I could imagine Taylor singing

 

This rocks

 

I like every song but I Don’t Know Anything. Definitely hear some Taylor throughout this

 

Its Muna with Carly Rae Jepsen vocals.

 

In Your Bed feels like the cool bed sheets of a well air conditioned room.

 

HAIM was the comparison that came to mind for me, but it was as much because one of the songs has a really similar chugging palm mute pattern to The Wire as it was the overall sound

 

Last First Kiss is a great closer...stadium ready and euphoric in a way a lot of the rest of the record isn't

 

Long wait but they picked up right where they left off, this fucking rules

 

this band knows how to write a bridge, I tell you what

 

How do you do it is very late era third eye blind

 

I love this.

Well worth the wait for this album which legit felt like …. forever … to be released

 

Nineteen has grown on me. That’s the Muna track

 

In Your Bed feels very Muna to me... the mix kinda reminds me of Silk Chiffon

 

Calling You Out is massive
