The film stars Stewart as Sabina Wilson, a partying, highly-skilled wild card, Balinska as Jane Kano, the group’s ex-MI6 muscle, and Scott as Elena Houghlin, an MIT-trained scientist. The film will take these Angels around the world, including Istanbul, Hamburg and Berlin, and focus on the group working together, with a group dynamic inspired by the Mission: Impossible films.

Had no idea Jonathan Tucker was in this. He rules.

 

Every time I see Naomi Scott in something I'm sad it's not her as the pink ranger again. Glad she's showing up more though;

Naomi Scott looks super charming in this, & Kristen Stewart looks so cool. Like that Patrick Stewart is in this. The whole cast seems like they'd have some fun chemistry. "I think women can do anything" is an unsurprisingly corny line to open the trailer with, but hey, it's Hollywood; the rest just looks like a bunch of women having fun together in the best way. So, yeah, if it's not thoroughly panned when it comes out, I'll definitely see it.

I actually found out the trailer dropped 'cause Ariana Grande tweeted it. An Ari song w/ Miley & Lana is pretty random, lol, but could make for a pretty fun theme song.

Looks ok? Trailer didn't make me feel strongly one way or the other. It's nice to see Kristen Stewart in a more "fun" role than she typically takes.

 

Still amped but yeah -- trailer is just okay.

Kristen stewart having fun is a cool change of pace but I was a little bored by the trailer, felt super long.

I don’t even care if this is good, if it is a fun watch I’m down as hell with it.

 

I feel like that was a very bad trailer, and yet it made me want to see the movie a little more. So I suppose mission accomplished. Fantastic leads, supporting cast is awesome and I like Elizabeth Banks a lot. I am in big time. This looks really fun.

 

"Don't Call Me Angel (Charlie's Angels)" - What an incredibly awkward song title.

 

That's a better trailer, minus the scenes from the "Don't Call Me Angel" music video. What a weird choice to include that.

 

I blame the parentheses. They are the worst in song titles.

 

I honestly liked the first trailer a little more, lol, but doesn't matter. Either way, I'm down for this. Should be a lot of good, dumb fun. Especially if multiple Ari tracks play while Kristen Stewart is being Kristen Stewart.

i think this was okay. aside from a few headscratchers and a reveal towards the end that i'm kind of impressed they'd go through with, nothing's too up or too down. i'd still easily call this the best charlie's angels movie given how much mcg sucks shit
