I just think it’s interesting to see something that breaks the pop radio formula have a moment… it’s cool.
My friends and I have vinyl hangs where we indulge in things that are brat green and listen to records. The only rule is you can only listen to one side of the album. I did side B of BRAT and I ascended into heaven (turntable lab exclusive black splatter limited of 3k, if you’re nasty)
Help I am having an existential crisis that doesn't matter but I must say it out loud!!!! BRAT is the main album. When the remix album was released it was called "Brat and It's Completely Different but Also Still Brat." That was a streaming release, and physical release, that named contained the entirety of BRAT, plus the whole remix album. Now the remix album being released on it's own, named "Brat and It's Completely Different" when it doesn't include BRAT, because now it is not actually "still brat" SO WHAT DO I DO IN ITUNES, I feel like I should change the title of the remix album to Brat and It's Completely Different because that's the name for the standalone album, right??? Right??!?!??!?!? Do I update the key art?!?!?!?
do you have the remix album and base album in the same grouping in iTunes? if so, keep it as is. if you just have the remixes by themselves and the deluxe as its own thing, change the title
I have everything separated as it should be! Main album, bonus tracks, and remix album. I think I gotta change the titleeeeee
Nah, that’s what I did for the playlist I made to have them all together. Just minus a couple of the shit remixes and with the Skream and Benga remix added
As someone who also freaks out about shit like this lol, the way I justified having the remix album as a separate album in my library is that it's "still BRAT" because it's different versions of the same songs with the same tracklist order
God I want her to win AOTY but it feels like they're gonna give her the Beyonce Renaissance treatment with that Best Dance album win
