People are down on Sympathy? But it’s pretty much a perfect song/remix! One of my favorites on here and I’m not even a big Ariana fan.

Never everrrr liked a remix album this much. it’s different enough from the original and strong enough that it works as a standalone record which is awesome. It’s like brat filtered through pop 2 with a hefty dose of triumph.

 

Yeah some of these, like “Mean Girls,” feel like they hardly even qualify as a “remix” - it’s more like just a completely different song that just incorporates some part of the original.

Which I’m all for, tbc

 

Well… at least we still have the original Spring Breakers!

From a sequencing perspective on the remix album, I might say somethings stupid -> talk talk is perfect, tickles my ears hearing that transition

- I left out the original girl so confusing, guess and spring breakers because in all 3 cases the remix is a verse addition rather than a wholy new song, because of this I think it's best to just keep the remix rather than having two songs that are so similar
- I strongly believe 365 is how the album should close, so I rearranged the bonus tracks and bonus remixes within the album so that 365 remix still closes the whole thing. I could be convinced to swap 395 and the remix so that it ends with the OG 365 but I am not sold on that
- I have never liked the placement of Club classics as the second track. Partially because it's my least favorite song and I don't really like it that close to the front of the album, but I just personally never have liked the flow of 360-Club classics-Sympathy, so I shifted 360 and remix later in the track list where I think it flows better
