same. here since Superlove, which only happened because i saw MS MR talk about True Romance on their Amoeba What's in My Bag? video, saying she was gonna change the pop landscape. they were absolutely right.

 

I've got scrobbles of True Romance back in 2013, i've also have receipts... well... some receipts... it's only 19 scrobbles. BUT STILL.

I only became aware of kidz bop a couple of months ago. Everything has been shit since. Coincidence? I THINK NOT

 

I remember when I was like 9 I asked my mom for a Kidz Bop CD because I thought it was basically just… idk, radio friendly compilations of the actual songs. I was so pissed when the kids started singing lol

 

I'm forever grateful that it never arrived in the UK. At least I assume they didn't, I was 18 when they first started, so never came across them.

Any time I'm talking about the schlocky 90s superhero comics that I love, I called myself "a 90s bitch" in the voice of that song.

 

i remember when the song came out, our high school media team used it in our end-of-year memories video, but didn't know there was a clean version they could use. so to circumvent any profanity (particularly "bitch"), they replaced everything on the screen and audio with that one missile explosion effect you see on Vine and TikTok and the like.

 

I Love It is an amazing song, two minutes of straight power and intensity

 

Honestly didn’t really think I started checking for her until after Pop 2. Remember listening to Sucker when it came out and thought it was mostly just p good

I was on and off into Charli since Sucker. But, I also find it silly when people (not y’all!) brag about how long they’ve been a fan. Not necessarily in the “oh, it’s been such a fun ride” way, but as if it makes them “cool.”

I jumped on the Taylor Swift train shortly before Fearless. I somehow didn’t get around to being obsessed with Halsey until this past month. Both following the journey and catching up are a lot of fun.

 

I’ve been a fan since 2014 and it’s been a hell of a ride. One of the funniest memories I have is seeing her play Lipgloss in the middle of a pretty empty mall at 4pm

 

this is wild, I went to Storm King once and it's amazing but its a HUGE park, what is she doing?!@?!?
