She's definitely always seemed to stand above the rest from the little bit of stuff I heard and Brat all but confirms that too. I'm excited to hear the rest!

from what I saw she just did another "these versions are back on sale again for a limited time" but it was just the same versions that have been out before with voice memos and Paris live tracks. Still a marketing tactic, but nothing new

 

The chart says it was #1 last week too so I wouldn't be surprised if it's more just staying power of being Taylor Swift.
