I love Chance, but this is too spot on.

 

It has been popping into my head randomly, near daily, for the past six months and I still laugh out loud.

Come on, man. I am fully in the camp that couldn't have imagined Chance doing anything wrong after Coloring Book came out. So much has changed.

 

lol what is wrong about this? He has a daughter, let the man work!

 

I was about to comment the same thing. Also, Chance likely grew up watching Sesame Street and was a guest on one of the shows before so this doesn’t seem that surprising.

 

It's not like Chance is losing street credibility. He's always been endearingly corny. This is just him embracing it.

 

I can’t see that as anything other than a logical extension of his career

 

there are like a million rappers who have contributed to kid properties. this is such a non thing.

 

Anderson Paak is in trolls, go get mad at him too if you're gonna complain here.

I can complain about everything he does music wise but I will not slander big bird because he got the kids

Yes, that was unfair of me. I guess I am annoyed about other Chance things. I watched Chance on Pitchfork's 'Over/Underrated' and he talked a bunch of shit on Acid and it made me angry. Sesame Street is his brand- he should have DRAM in the movie to perform DRAM sings special from Coloring Book.

 

I just remembered that Bo Burnham is writing songs for that movie so I'm okay with this now
