He's said since the Acid Rap days that he planned on releasing a trilogy of mixtapes before his debut album so that's not surprising actually

 

I agree, there will be backlack however. Smart talking about it so far ahead of an eventual album, so as to temper those expectations a bit

 

Bizarre that people would be mad they have to pay for an album after getting three (four with Surf) for free.

 

Honestly Im excited, having to pay for it means theres a good chance vinyl comes with that. I know there are bootlegs, and I even have one for Coloring Book, but I hate giving someone else money for his work

Yeah this concert ruled.

 

Saw him last night and it was incredible. All of the production was insane, he played a perfect setlist and everything was just so good. It was awesome how humble he was and how much he talked about his past in Columbus. I feel like when I usually see an artist of this size it's not as real/heartfelt as last night was.

He played the whole album minus one song, did a string of Acid Rap songs and then a string of covers as well. Really enjoyed myself

This sounds soooo good minus no Smoke Break. So pumped for Friday. How come you went to Columbus instead of Blossom? Also where was it? The LC or whatever it's called now?

 

I ended up selling my Blossom tickets and buying a floor ticket for Columbus. I was really banking on Wizards winning game 7 and was gonna try and go to the Cavs game on Friday but it didn't pan out clearly haha But I had friends going on Tuesday that I definitely had a better time with than I would have on Friday and now I guess I can go downtown and do something for the game

It was at Nationwide Arena. I think this whole tour is mostly arenas and not amphitheaters so I'm curious how the production is going to translate at Blossom

 

How's seeing a show at NWA? I imagine good, as far as arena experiences go. Always liked that place.

I'm up close in the pit for Chance at Blossom. Gonna be beautiful.

 

Can't wait to see him at Blossom Friday. Partying in the lots before the show. Come join.

Shirts were $40, Hoodies were $65, Hat was $50 and Posters were $10

 

People friggen love that 3 hat...such a great merchandising move by him

 

I really wanted to get one but I did not expect them to be $50 haha

In retrospect the VIP package that came with the hat for $75 would have been worth it

 

$50 hat? Good lorddddd

 

the chance/white sox hat is better imo

 

Trust me when I say the denim Coloring Book hat is the best
